Family premium stopped working

Family premium stopped working

I have a Family Premium account. It stopped working on all devices (laptop (Windows 10), Android phone (OnePlus 8 Pro), Android auto).

 

I checked the subscription, is is still Family Premium

I was asked to update payment details, because my card was about to expire (=03/2020). This was first time I saw this notification. It's July 20th today.

 

I checked the receipts and I have one every month since couple years ago. Also since March this year. Latest receipt is from 15th of July, so five days ago. No mentions about payment being unsuccessful. 

 

What should I do? I am hesitant to update the payment details, since I have receipts showing payments and according to those I should have valid  Family Premium subscription.

Can you play the downloaded songs offline after you've logged in to the account? If not, you may have logged in to a different account. Click here to check if you've got other Spotify accounts. 

 

You can always send us a screenshot of the message you receive. Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data. We'll investigate this further in order to assist you.
