Family subscriber now getting charged premium as well

My Question or Issue

 I've been a family subscriber for over a year or so. But since August 26th I've been changed to premium (according to what it says on my account) but I'm being charged for both family AND premium. I want to remain on family but cancel this extra premium charge to my credit card.

Welcome to the Spotify Community. Not cool that you're paying double.

 

We recommend you check out this page and go through the steps. Since you mention you've been paying double, make sure to read through the 'Paying more than once a month' section. These steps should definitely help you out.
