My children lives 50/50 with their mother and me, but have the official adress with their mother.

So can I buy a family subscrition for my children and me?

Hey @KarstenLund, help's arrived!

Yes, they should be able to join your Premium for Family plan. Just make sure that they register and verify the address at your location, and you'll be good to go.
