We friends including me were five and we qre working together in same office but different residential area, Can we use family subscription ..?

Keep in mind that Family Premium is a discounted plan for up to 6 family members who live together. Since you mentioned you and your friends don't live in the same residence, you're not eligible for the plan. You can read more about the Family plan in this article.
