Fans Unable to Listen to New Release

My Question or Issue

We had some friends who reported that they were unable to listen to our new release because they did not have a premium account. After finding out that this can last for up to two weeks, I asked our distributor whether this could be reversed: they said to ask Spotify. So I just wanted to ask whether there was any way for this two-week ban could be removed for free users of Spotify.
