Fido is canceling my Spotify subscription

My Question or Issue

I have a Premium account through my sellphone provide, Fido, 

they informed me that they no longer support my Spotify subscription, and that I should go directly through Spotify

However, Spotify still sees my account as premuim and doesn't let me subscribe to Premium, obviously, Fido can't help

 

What and where should I go to make it happen, I am afraid that if I cancel my sbuscription or let the clock run out, I will loose my playlists, and downloads...

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Since your current subscription is managed by Fido, you need to contact them regarding any questions about it.

 

It's possible that your account will revert to the Free plan at the beginning of next month, but that's really just a guess.

 

You'll be able to subscribe to Premium directly once your account has reverted back to the Free plan. Don't worry about losing your playlists and saved music as these features are available to Free users as well :)
