Forced to subscribe to Duo

I was notified to change my payment details as my card had expired. When I went to do this it automatically selected the Duo option. I went to "change plan" and it showed that basic premium was my current plan. But whenever I went to pay it had selected Duo option again! I eventually just paid and went to change the plan to Basic. When I did this, I was told I would be deducted for the Basic plan in 17 days. So I don't even get my full month of Duo!
