My ex was able to sign into his own spotify account and charge to my Rogers account. ROGERS refuses to block the  $20 charge every month and you guys make it hard to get help. I am the Rogers account holder.  There is no reason he should be able to sign into his spotify and charge to my account. I've been charged for months to my Rogers bill. There goes  $20 down the drain each month. I have my own account with Spotify....please shut down his account so I stop wasting money I cannot afford!

I am sorry to hear about this.

I am afraid that as the payments are taken by Rogers you would need to reach out to them once again and esculate your payment issue.

Once this has been done you can go ahead and delete the Spotify account by going here:
