Hi, 

 

I recently became a partner of starbucks and I recieved the link to the free spotify premium account. I cancelled my existing premium account and waited until my billing cycle was up. Once my billing cycle was up, I went and clicked the link i recieved and logged into my spotify account only to be told that i already had premium and I had to wait until the end of my billing cycle. The message I recieved is below: 

 

"You already have a premium subscription. To be eligible for the offer you must cancel your premium subscription and return once your current billing period has ended.

Thu Jun 15 2017 21:36:39 GMT-0400 (EDT)

Please look at this support article for instructions on how to cancel your subscription."

 

Can someone help me and tell me how I can get my starbucks premium.
