Free Service

My free service has stopped working.  I get an error message stating incorrect password.  I have reset my password and to no avail I still get the error message stating wrong password.  On few occasions the password seemed to work and I was able to login for 5 seconds just to get sent back to the login screen with the above stated error message.  I have even deleted the app and reinstalled thinking the app was corrupt.  Does the free service get stopped after extended use?
