What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

Paid for $99 New Years deal, but still says I will be charged monthly

Not eligible for headspace

Hi, I pay for a friends and family subscription, and I'd like to get the discounted headspace subscription, but Spotify tells me I'm not eligible for the offer and doesn't say why. Does anyone else have this issue, and know why this is the case?

Getting charged for subscription I didn't authorize!

Someone needs to contact me! This has gone on for at least 2 months. This is fraud and to not have a contact number without making an account is further proof of fraud. I never wanted an account but to get any answer I had to make an account.
