From Premium to duo

HOWDY DO! I have premium, I paid for a year up front with a gift card I received. If I wanted to switch do Duo how would that work? what would it cost?

Thanks for posting here in the Community and welcome. 

Gift cards work as a one-time payment option that adds Premium individual when redeemed into an account.

So, if you want to upgrade your Premium to a Duo plan, you'll need to provide details for a recurring payment method. To do it, you need to go to your account page> Manage your subscription, there click on the Change plan button. Then, choose the plan you want to subscribe to. 

After the above, you'll become the manager of the Duo plan. The change to the new Duo features of the plan will be applied immediately. The individual Premium time is not going to be lost, and you're not going to be charged for this change. 

The system will recalculate the Premium time left in your account, so your billing date will get pushed forward in time to accommodate the new plan. Keep in mind that once the time you have left expires, you'll start receiving charges for a recurring subscription. If you'd like to avoid that, you can cancel the subscription by following these steps. No worries, this doesn't mean your account will be reverted for free, it'll just prevent you receiving future charges.
