Full year payment combined with a family subscription.

Hi, I have received an offer for paying for a full year and only paying what corresponds to 10 months fee for 12 month. I would like to accept that offer, but at the same time I want to upgrade my sybscription from single Premium til Family Premium, as bot my kids want to have the own separate/concurrent access and profile.

What do I do to achieve that?

Are there really no chance to talk to someone in subscriptions/accounting?

Unfortunately, Spotify does not offer a 1-year Premium for Family subscription.

I have a 1-year subscription and want to change to Premium Family. What happens with the remaining part that is already paid of the 1-year subscription, if I change to family account?

Spotify should make that clear on the page where this discount is offered. I had the same question and only at this community page this question is answered.
