My Question or Issue

Hello, I was using the monthly student subscriptions and forgot to renew it and automatically paid the individual subscriptions. I was wondering if I can get the refund of the current subscription(individual) and renew my student ones. Thank you.

You are able to switch Premium plans following these steps. I also understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will not refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting Customer Support here.

Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account.
