Getting Spotify premium with prezzy card

I was recently given a prezzy card for my birthday and i decided to go get Spotify premium. When i went to do the transaction and i typed in the required fields correctly , i went to go complete transaction and it said this : The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. Go to our support.

so I’m pretty confused.
