Getting charged twice a month for 14.99 subscription

Hello, 

 

I am receiving a recurring charge on my account twice on the 14th and 28th of every month for the past few months for just a Premium subscription. How can I get this resolved? Attached are my billing statements from the reoccuring charges.

By the sounds of it, you may have accidentally subscribed to Spotify on two different accounts, or your payment method may be compromised. I would contact @SpotifyCares via Twitter, or fill out the following Contact Form as soon as possible to get this resolved.
