Hello, I bought a spotify gift card 1 month ago , and it's gonna end 1 week later , I recently bought a giftcard (1 month) and I redeemed it on the spotify website, but the new giftcard doesn't work and I throw it already , It will be good if you can help me , Thanks a lot.

To confirm, you've already thrown away your Gift Card before you had a chance to use it? If that's not right, please explain what's going on with a bit more details.
