Gift Card Failure

I have two gift cards here one of them has already been used for 6 months of Premium. The second one will not work. How does this get fixed.

Sorry for your problem. This sounds crazy, but your card could already be redeemed (people make bots to randomly enter codes). All I have to say is to try and email Spotify (with proof of purchase) to get it in for you.
