Gift Card Payment Fail

Hi! I've been using spotify for a while now and want to gift a friend; however, when I entered my payment information for the gift card, it said "payment failed". 

I used the exact same card that is currently being billed. I tried another card as well, which also failed. System problem? What else can I do?

Could you try processing payment using another browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please follow these steps to see if that maks a difference.

If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of an error message being shown when you attempt to process payment? Please hide sensitivde info when posting to the community.
