Dual charges every month - I have no aditional accounts

$35 OVERDRAFT FEE WHEN MY BALANCE IS POSITIVE

I was charged an overdraft fee of $35 by spotify when my balance has the correct amount of funds to pay for my subscription. I would like to avoid taking legal action but if my $35 is not given back I will dispute the payment with my bank.
