Payment issues to subscribe.

Hello I'm trying to pay for either the 0.99 for 3 months, 9.99 for three months, or even 9.99 for the months forward. I have been using/testing a variety of cards that I can use to pay but I can never get past that point of filling out the information. There always seems to be an error where I don't see anything wrong. I have been doing this for several days now and I don't want to miss the special offers.
