Gift Card is Invalid?

Hi, for my birthday my mom purchased me a $60 Spotify gift card, issue is is that whenever I try to redeem it it says the code isn't recognized or that it's invalid. On some other posts dealing with the same issue people suggested making sure they're getting the numbers right, but I'm literally copying off of the email I received with the gift card, so I don't know how it could be invalid or unrecognizable.

As of now I'm just using the free plan that Spotify allows and I'm trying to redeem the card on my Google Pixel.

If you’ve already tried the suggested steps in this support article, under “Not working?”, I would recommend trying redeeming your gift card from a different device or a private window. 

If you’re still unable to redeem your gift card, I would recommend contacting Customer Support.
