I bought a gift card 3 days ago. My premium was about to expired, so i bought the gift card and when i enter the pin everything was ok. My Premium was going to expired on this 8/25/17. Todays when i try to listen some music the premium was cancelled or put in pause. Now that i try to pass the gift card again, it pop up a mistake that the gift card number is no valid, which it was never said  before. So what can i do, becuase i dont want to put a debit card because i already bought the gift card, and i dont want to double pay for the service. Im from Mexico.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help :)

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
