Gift Card

Hi, I was given a 10$ spotify premium gift card by a friend recently. When I wanted to use it I went to the spotify website and entered it under the gift card section. When I had fishined entering all of the information required I got an email saying congratulations you now have spotify premium. I got a web page notification as well saying the same thing. But when I went to my spotify account there was no trace of premium. I had ads I couldn't download. Nothing. Since spotify didn' have a customer service line I could call I came here for any solutions or suggestions. They only run there business through Twitter. Which is an awful way to run a business. So suggestions are appreciated.

We suggest you try logging out and back into all of your devices a few times. If that doesn't help, double-check that you actually redeemed the card onto your account. 

You'll be able to check this from your Account Subscription. If you don't see it added to your account, follow these steps to see if you have another account.
