Hi,

I cannot buy a gift card for a friend. I am in the south african region and everytime I fill in everything and click continue the page just refreshes.

There is no error displayed.

Sorry to hear this.

This was an ongoing issue, but it should now be fixed.

For this case, I would do some basic troubleshooting such as opening the link in an incognito window, using another browser or another device.
