Gift card payment

Dear Spotify team,

I'm from Taiwan, i want to buy gift cards for my friends, but when i enter the payment page, it shows "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method. " I tried many times, checked my credit card and network fluency, all of them are under normal usage, but it still didn't work.

How can i buy gift cards available and more convenient for my country ?
