I have a gift card for 3 months … why cant i add it to my account? 
do i need to cancel my subscription first

You should be able to redeem your gift card here. If that doesn’t work, can you try redeeming it using different browser or private window?

If that doesn't help, try following all of the steps provided in this support page. Additionally, attach a screenshot of the error message you're seeing if the problem persists. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
