Gifting Spotify Problem

I am trying to gift Spotify, but on the date active, it keeps saying invalid date. I have tried several different ways putting in the date, but won't change. HELP PLEASE!!

Have you tried to use a different browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies to see if that helps?
