Google Home Mini- Code not working

Google Home Mini- Code not working

I am yet another customer who is struggling with the Canadian Google Home Mini offer. 

 

I recieved my email telling me that my device is available. I go through the steps and to checkout only to find that the redemption code is not applied. I try to apply it manually, and it tells me it's already been used.

Has anyone found a solution? I've been a premium member for over a year, and I would have liked to accept this offer!

This issue seems to be under investigation.

Please try the troubleshooting steps listed there.

If they didn't fix your issue add your +VOTE and details in the thread.

I would suggest checking out this post that was just solved on the issue. The solution was to go here.

Although its not the UK link, it might work.

That does not work either. I keep getting a message that the code has been used. Frustrating!

Yeah,

Like Loxer stated, it seems the incident is under investigation. At this point, I do not think there is anything we can do until Spotify releases a fix.
