Google home mini - Can't select a Canadian address only US shows up

I am a premium account holder and I am trying to get my Google Home Mini. 

I have been able to get to the check out page but when I try to enter my shipping address it defaults to U.S.A. I cannot figure out how to make it for Canada. 

Frustrating that it finally says its "in stock", but now I can't order because it defaults to an American address.

Please Help.
