Got charged for a family account when im not eligible

Hey,

I originally purchased the family account which is 20.99 TL / month subscription was deducted from my account.

I received a message saying I'm not eligible for the family account so I switched to the individual premium instead which is 13.99 TL/ month.

As per the offer I'm supposed to get 3 free months as trial, but now not only I missed the offer but I was also overcharged. How can i get refunded with the remaining 7.00 TL? How can I benefit from the 3 free months offer? Appreciate your help.

I would recommend using this help page in order to locate all accounts listed with your details to make sure you don't have a second account you're being charged for.
