Hackers adding themselves repeatedly onto my account and changing my subscription.

Account is linked to my hotmail, which does not get used often. Multiple users were added to a family plan without any confirmation from me. I removed them when I realized, and changed my plan back to individual + changed my account password. 2 were able to add themselves again! This is a huge security issue. No way to reach spotify and get refunded on the already charged family plan that was never authorized by me in the first place.
