Have Premium Student and Can't Login to My (Linked) Hulu Anymore

I have a Student Premium account and have Hulu through Spotify. Lately I am unable to use my Hulu; even though it recognizes that I have an account, it asks me to sign up for the paid service every time and won't let me access my account anymore. I made sure the emails are the same for both accounts. I'm lost here...

When you have a Hulu bundle with your Premium student subscription, it usually has the same credentials to log in. In this case, since you've already checked that the emails matched, we'd recommend restoring your password for the Hulu account by clicking the option "Forgot your email or password?" in the Hulu login page.

If the issue persists, since this could be related to some damaged cache stored on your device, could you try it in an incognito/private window to see if it makes any difference?

Lastly, check on a different device (using your own account) to see if the issue persists or not.
