Realizei o pagamento do plano Premium Duo por boleto, mas não foi aprovado no aplicativo.

Realizei o pagamento do plano Premium Duo no dia 05/05/2023 por boleto, mas até o momento não recebi o comprovante no meu e-mail e nem consigo o acesso ao plano no aplicativo. Ele permanece como Free, como se eu não tivesse pago.

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Check your receipts page and make sure that the new payment is actually there. If it isn't, then it wasn't successful. Check if you have a second account, where you have an active subscription. If you still cannot find the source of the payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
