[Other] Can low-income folks (who LOVE the free service) get a reduced premium rate?

I get Social Security and cannot work (or intelligibly speak) anymore because of  my disabilities.  I love the music and podcasts on Spotify.   I have proof (letter from government to verify).   I want to be able to bypass ads since tying to click past them is difficult due to coordination difficulties.  Can I get $4.99/month like students?

YES…Spotify it would be VERY nice if you offered the discounted rate to people who are low income & are on SNAP, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, DSHS, SOCIAL SECURITY, SSI as students are not the ONLY ones struggling and need a break who would really appreciate listening to add free music at an affordable rate!!
