Heart/Ban options missing after starting premium sub

My Question or Issue

Yesterday I started using Spotify again for the first time in several years. With a free account on my Android phone, I was able to heart and ban songs on the "00 Rock Anthem" playlist.

Later in the day I signed up for a family account, and now these options are missing from the exact same playlist, on the exact same device.

Other posts seem to suggest that the heart/ban feature is only available on the Daily Mix. I don't even have a Daily Mix available yet (the page tells me to keep listening and check back later).

I've attached screenshots from before/after showing the feature missing. I can't think of a reason why fewer options would be available to paying customers.

The favorite and ban options are only available on the Free plan. However on Premium, they still do have the “👍” and “👎” options.

Just to add to what @Billy-J said - you can only heart/ban tracks and artists on Spotify Premium on mobile in playlists which are in the Made For You section, including Daily Mixes, Release Radar and Discover Weekly.
