Help! Family Plan Fiasco

Help! Family Plan Fiasco

Hi,

 

I signed up for the Family Plan today. I invited my spouse. It asked her for a password, I didnt know it because I usually sign on with Facebook. So I reset my password and now when I sign on all my playlists are gone and I am on Spotify Free. Can anyone help?

Hi @ianlee73, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

 

For what you described it's possible that you have 2 different accounts. If by accessing with your Facebook profile you only see Free service, we suggest that you log out. Then, try to log in with the username you used to create your Premium account (make sure not to use your email address).
