Help With Premium Subscription

I have been paying for premium for some time now. I have a recent bank statement for this month of premium.

 

After the most recent update all of my devices got logged off. I finally figured out how to log back on, (using email now and not username)but I lost all of my music. On top of that, I lost my premium. I am being told my account is a free account. Even though I already payed for premium this month. 

 

I use this app every day all day. I would really appreciate any help I can get to get my music back and my premium back.

Hey @Bogzz12,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
