Help accessing an account

On May <sensitive info removed>, I paid for the Premium program, but it doesn't work on my account name in the application. Please send me the login details where it will work.

Hey @Alda3, welcome to the Spotify Community! 🎵🎵

 

There could be a few possibilities here:

 

  • The premium payment was not successful.
  • The premium is applied on a different account than the one you are currently logged in with.

 

I'd recommend checking the premium billing confirmation in your emails to find  the correct account. If that's different from the account in the app, log out and log into the correct account.

 

You can also open your account overview page in the same browser where you bought the premium on to check which email address was used to sign up.
