Hi guys, I have a premium subscription, but accept the invitation of a family plan, what happens now please?

Basicly your premium subscription will be put on hold. As soon as your current period ends, your account will be switched to family subsciption and you won't be charged anymore. If in the future you leave family, your premium would be resumed.
