Hey there @Row_row!

 

Thanks for bringing this up with us at the Community!

 

You can start off by taking a look at your Receipts page to see the dates of the payments that have been processed for that account.

 

You can also check the payments on your bank statement to see if both of them are for the same month or maybe one took a longer time to go through.

 

In case you notice 2 charges for the same month, you can take a look at this page to see if you're able to locate a second account you might be paying for.

 

Since you mention that you have a Family plan it's also worth checking if all your family members are connected to your plan and the charge is not for any of their accounts.
