Hey ich habe gerade Spotify Premium gekauft aber es wird irgendwie nicht abgebucht bzw aktiviert...ich habe mich bereits ab und angemeldet

We hope you don't mind that we reply in English. If you want, you can get German support via email with this contact form.


It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.


If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.
