My Question or Issue

Cuando intento canjear los códigos en la página oficial de Spotify, aparece un error y no me permite redimirlos.

Error:Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service.

Ya verifiqué que:

  • El país de mi cuenta y el país de las tarjetas coinciden.

  • Los códigos fueron ingresados correctamente (probé en distintos navegadores y dispositivos).

  • No tengo un plan.

Uno de los códigos es nuevo y el otro lo tengo guardado desde hace aproximadamente 1 año. Quisiera confirmar si todavía es válido, ya que nunca lo he canjeado.

Agradezco mucho si pueden revisar mi caso y ayudarme a redimir estas tarjetas para poder activar mi suscripción.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community.

 

If the message is mentioning that the code doesn't seem to be valid, it's possible that you've entered the code wrong or it's already expired. To make sure you're using the correct code, we'd recommend double-checking the characters of the code (ex.: a zero looks like a capital ‘O’, or a capital ‘I’ looks like a one). After 4 attempts, the system will show you an error message. If you do, we'd recommend waiting 24 hours before trying again.

 

Keep also in mind that the Spotify gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, so if the card was bought more than 12 months ago, it's possible that it could have expired.

 

If you need any additional assistance, we'd recommend contacting our internal teams here, so they can check your account, the validity of the codes and help you further.
