How To Change Plan Immediately

My Question or Issue

Is there a way to have your plan change over immediately? I do not want to wait an entire month for it to switch. I am trying to get rid of the Hulu subscription that came with my Premium Spotify subscription, but there is absolutely no way to do that within the account settings. The best I could come up with was switching to a basic plan that does not include a Hulu subscription, but it seems that I am required to wait until the next billing cycle for this to happen. This would all be a lot easier if there was a cancel button for the Hulu subbscription. I am livid at how useless and poorly designed this entire system has been.

In this case, I’d suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support team by following these steps. They might be able to end your subscription before its expiry date, but just a heads-up, it depends on the type of subscription you have, so we can’t promise anything.
