How can I get back my playlists or liked songs when my Spotify Premium expired?

Solved!

How can I get back my playlists or liked songs when my Spotify Premium expired?

Hello,

I have been subscribed to Spotify Premium, but my Premium membership expired months ago.

I would like to access my old liked songs or playlists, but when I log into my account I keep seeing "Get Spotify Premium" advertisement. I cannot click anywhere else but "Subscribe" or "Log out". This happens on the PC desktop app, web player, and mobile app.

How can I use a free membership and access my old liked songs and playlist? I would greatly appreciate your help.

Hey @user-removed,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Unfortunately, the free service is currently not available in Korea. However, if you want to use Premium you can head here to subscribe.

Hope this clear things up,

Cheers!

Hey there @user-removed,

Thanks for the post.

I've moved your message into the Help Boards where it fits better.

You should be able to log in your account and play music even without a Premium subscription. It's very strange that you only see the 'Get Premium' or 'Log Out buttons' and nothing else.

Can you send us some screenshots of how things look on your end, so we can investigate why this might be happening?

Cheers.

Dear Alex,

Thank you so much for your kind reply.

Below I attach a screenshot to show how things look like.

Some characters are in Korean but you can just disregard them. I do not see any buttons other than "subscribe" or "Log Out".

Best Wishes,
