How can I pay?

How can I pay?

Hi!! I’m trying to update my credit card because it expired and I can’t. I tried in several times from different computers, cards or payment methods and Spoty has always reject the payment. I don’t want to change my user. Thanks in advance!!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure that...

  • The card is issued in the same country as your account
  • The card has sufficient funds
  • The card is enabled for secure online payments. You can check this with your bank.

Hi Maxim! Thanks for you answer but it didn’t work. I’ve tried with different Argentinian cards and I’ve changed the country and tried with another card from EEUU and it didn’t work too. I think that I have a problem with my user. Thanks.

Thanks for your help Maximum, I’m going to change Spotify and I’ll start to use YouTube or Amazon. I’ve been this issue since may and I don’t have the possibility to contact some Spotify support. This is not a normal issue because I tried with different card, countries, pay methods, computer and I’ve always received the same error message.
