How can I recover the validity of a code from a Spotify card?

Hello, I recently bought a Spotify card but apparently it was redeemed in another account that I don't use and I would like to know if I can recover it. I have the purchase ticket and everything

In this case your best bet would be to contact our support folks, providing the infos for both accounts, alongside the gift card details.
We cannot view or alter user accounts from the forum, but support should be able to take care of your request without much trouble.
