I cant buy Spotify premium on two accounts using the same debit card

You should be able to use the same payment method on different Spotify accounts. It's worth to double-checking if the payment method has sufficient funds, and that it is:

• Registered in the same country as your Spotify account.
• Not expired or canceled.
