How do I add an email address to current duo account if it was set up wrong initially

My Question or Issue

I set up a duo account incorrectly for me and my teen daughter and we are both logged in using my email address so we can’t both listen at the same time. How do I add an email address for my daughter so we can both listen? And what happens to the libraries and playlists we have created?

The Duo plan is for two separate accounts under one billing. In your case, your daughter will need to create an account of her own, which you can then invite to the plan by following the steps outlined in this support article.

Once her account is set up and invited to the plan, you can make her playlists in your profile public and you can share your profile with her (follow the steps under "It’s time to shine: How to share your profile"). She can then copy these playlists (three dot menu -> add to other playlist) to add them to playlists of her own (or she can alternatively directly add the playlists as they are to her library, but she won't be able to add anything to them unless her account gets invited to be a playlist collaborator).
