How do I get my promo deal premium back?

We have two Spotify accounts. For both accounts I got emails for promotional deals. One was three months for free and the other one was three months for $.99 both use completely different cards linked to them, but for some reason, both our Spotify accounts are no longer premium and when I try to talk to Spotify support, it’s clearly a bot, even if I asked for a live representative. Both times they said I already used the deal so I can’t use it again, but I used the deal right after receiving the emails for both accounts (different emails). And one of the accounts I’ve never had Spotify premium before. So how could I have already used a promotional deal that was just sent. So my question is there no way for me to get the promotional deal anymore even though I already purchased them?
